Today Keith decided to go to the park and use the outside gym that they have in there so we got the drinks ready and me and molly went with him to watch mind you not to take part it was quiet not many people are about.

In the first park dogs are not to be off there leads so we took molly to another one where she could have a run about. we ended the walk down the front along the beach we sat and had an ice cream this is molly enjoying her drink of water before heading home.
