Fence Window, Deystone, Aberdeenshire

And old window frame has been incorporated into a fence at Deystone, on a minor road (Kingsfield Road) a couple of kilometers south east of Kintore, Aberdeenshire.

The general location features in a Geograph photo - the blue gate is just out of view to the left and, to the left of that, the window.

Those of you who are familiar with the location may be surprised (as I was) to discover that old Deystone Farm (immediately behind the Geograph photographer) has now been entirely demolished. No doubt something far more impressive will soon start to appear in its place.
