Cake days
So, it seems that it is possible to have baking motivation OR Blip motivation but not both!
(Hot chocolate cup cake in case you're wondering)

12 - 16 cakes
240ml whole milk
25g hot choc powder
80g butter
280g caster sugar
240g plain flour
1 tbsp baking flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
Frosting:
60ml whole milk
30g hot choc powder
500g icing sugar
160g butter softened
Oven 190 degrees / gas 5
Warm milk gently and stir in hot choc powder until dissolved.
Slowly whisk together butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt until they resemble fine breadcrumbs.
Pour choc flavoured milk into a jug and whisk in the eggs.
Add 3/4 of the milk/egg mix into the dry ingredients.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add the rest of the milk/egg and mix unitl batter is smooth.
Fill muffin cases up to 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 mins until springy. Cool completely.
Frosting:
Slightly warm milk and dissolve hot choc powder, making sure there are not crystals - leave to cool.
Whisk the icing sugar with the butter until sandy in texture and there are no large lumps of butter.
Gradually pour in the chocolate milk and whisk until light and fluffy.
