A Wee Splash

I was struggling today to come up with an idea for a picture. Too busy at work and, driving home, although the light was fantastically clear in the sun after heavy rain, I didn't have a camera. (Get a compact!)

Back home, I was out filling buckets for the pond from the newly replenished water butt, when I saw this. I tried a few at slow shutter speeds to catch the blur, but it was this, frozen in time by the onboard flash - something I hardly ever use - that caught my eye.
