Green alkanet (Pentaglottis sempervirens). As usual, I had to look it up. There's no way I'll remember the scientific name, although the 'Penta' part ties in with the five petals... presumably. I've only come across this plant in a few areas locally, unlike the other blue flower associated with this time of year - the Bluebell, which are everywhere, and there must easily be tens-of-thousands of them on the Black Isle.
