Up at 6am

And not through choice. Thanks to the combination of my neighbour's washing machine, a sore throat and a very painful headache.

Decided to see what was outside and managed to catch the morning sun.

I want to feel better, it's only when I'm ill that I realise how much I take normality for granted!
