Cherry jam

Our neighbour gave us a load of black cherries yesterday evening. As they were really ripe, they had to be turned into something that would keep. So there is the jam, tweaked with a touch of bitter almond, cinnamom and cloves as black cherries are less intensive in taste than morello cherries. Always good to have some kilos of sugar in the cupboard...
