When a child 1st laughs

I love this line, it's in Tinkerbell, I watch it for the children honest, when a child 1st laughs a fairy is born, as the child laughs a gust of wind blows through a dandylion clock and takes a tiny seed on the wind to pixie hollow, where tinkerbell comes to life. Perhaps that might just be where these tiny seeds have gone too!
