My personal Challenge!

I've been inspired by a few bee blips that I've recently seen, especially those by Dino.

I have a HUGE phobia of flying, stinging insects. The good news is that this used to extend to all flying insects but my love of looking at beautiful images of butterflies, and the need to capture some of my own persuaded me to overcome my fear. Which I have, no problems with butterflies now! SO can I do the same with bees/wasps? Well I'll start with the humble bumble bee first, I trust him a little more.

So I got my shot, well actually I have 2 more,hereand herehere. Not often I have a few choices for my blip.

Not the best photos of bees you've probably seen but I'm very proud of myself, took about 30 shots before I got close enough to get anything decent but at one stage I got too close for focus. Good sign, more therapy needed though as I'm still quite jumpy when the fly out of shot! I'll get my bee in flight.....one day :D
