Bertie trying not to be seen

Firstly I would like to say thank you to all who passed kind comment on my blip yesterday.
I really appreciate the kind words, it also appears that I made the Spotlight thanks to you all.

Today, I have another blip of Bertie, those who regularly check my journal will know that this Bird is quite tame and is now at the stage where he waits outside my back door and sings for his supper ! He's not far off feeding from our hands, another bliportunity awaits.

I had ideas of disappearing to the Coast to get a nice moody shot of the sea grass blowing about but after seeing this in Lightroom decided this was to be today's blip.

I've barely done anything to the image save a bit of sharpening and upped the saturation a touch. In front of him are the secret weapon, meal worms. He looks really funny when viewed large.
