Falkland Estate

This is part of Falkland Estate (Fife) - not a million miles from where we live and I'm pretty sure I've been there at least a million times!

Falkland is a very picturesque village which has the fairly famous Falkland Palace as well as many other pretty and interesting buildings. The estate is tucked away at the back of the village, sitting right under the Lomond Hills; lovely for a walk and lots of nice old buildings and Victorian things to discover. This house sits right at the entrance to the estate - beside the duck pond, although you seldom see any ducks there these days!
