Intense Evening Light - Rathmell

The day was of shifting clouds and rainstorms, vivid skies and fleeting summer heat, threatening indigoes and iced fingers of wind. The theme continues into the evening. At least being on call got me out into it. Leaving the clinic the intense orangey yellow cast to the landscape was striking - so a roadside blip for me tonight. It's a far more exciting period of weather than all that high pressure we've been having!
