This arrived a few days ago... have only just started using it and I LOVE it!! I've always wanted one! It comes with loads of exercise and health booklets so I'm working my way through, learning all types of different exercises for the different muscles... so interesting and fun!

Now I just need a yoga mat to use it outside without getting it muddy :)
