Feels like I've been rushing round all day... well, actually there's a good reason for that!

Got up early and started work on the New Zealand project. Got a fair bit done, then walked up to the uni, through the woods pausing to talk to dad and take some photos. Very wet in the woods - maybe sandals weren't the best idea? :P

Sat in the geography concourse for a while and talked to Rosie. Really great to catch up with her and hear tales of Cambridge life with talk of picnics and tandems...

Had nice relaxed meeting with Carina (a very knowledgeable volcanologist) - I needn't have been nervous. Heading in vaguely the right track for this project *phew*

Also called in on Pete for a quick 'hello' - chatted for ages!! He's just someone that I instantly clicked with :)

Wandered down the hill (another slight delay while trying to capture the fast moving bees on a pink bush. No luck. Just settling down to work again when Myles called at the flat - not that I mind at all! Great to see him - and his new camera :D Canon 550D - nice. Chatted for a bit taking cat photos and then headed out for chips on the seafront!

Finally got back, went inside and nearly managed to open up the document when Jeff called... chatted to him while watching the sun set, then couldn't resist popping out to get a few pictures. Met Alan (aka diamondsandrust) on the beach and chatted for a while - didn't get any pictures outside - only the one from my window! Ahhh well :) Always worth it for a chat. Back inside again and now about to settle back to work.... no wait, time for bed. Humph.

Tomorrow I will finish this project. I will.
