Hello, Goodbye

We are trying to encourage the kids to be more polite and outgoing, saying Hello, Goodbye, please and thank you. We are using my old box of beads to help with this. They get a bead to put in a jar whenever they are polite and when the jar is full they get a treat (this time it will be a picnic in the garden) To be honest they are generally polite, but both get a bit awkward and shy at Hello's and Goodbye's, and we are hoping this helps make it easier and more natural to them.
