Fighting for Space.

I am not really fighting for space like these flowers. But there are times when it is important to have enough space.

These chrysanthemums have had quite a time and journey. They were given to Mum in Dunedin Hospital, but she was not allowed flowers in her room. So we took them back to Balclutha, and then eventually when we left there they travelled by car back to Christchurch with us. They were put in a vase, and had a quiet time for 2 days, and then I had to travel back to Balclutha again, so they were left on their lonesome.
When I returned to Christchurch I found them to still be in good order.
That is after 16 days - good keeping flowers.
Amber has had a visit to the vet today, and her eyes have improved a lot, but there is a bit of inflammation there still, so on top of the other medication, she has more drops to have administered.
