Little fingers make light pastry...

Miss F made curd cheese and spiced mixed fruit pasties. She made three. They were delicious and the pastry was light.

That is best thing about little fingers, they do make light pastry. (But must be thoroughly scrubbed first as little fingers are also good at digging in unsavoury places!)
