Tasty tilapia for tea!

This was tonight's dinner with lovely new potatoes and some homemade salsa, it didn't look quite as pretty by the time I finished but it did taste great!

At the risk of going on a bit I just wanted to thank everyone again for all the amazing comments I've had the last few days, it's really made my week!
