Waiting to be examined

This was the view as I looked up, where I was sat in the foyer of the languages building, waiting to be called for my Italian oral exam.

Structurally intriguing and almost beautiful on the inside, this building is disgusting to look at from the outside; grey pebble-dash.

I love the way the rigid frame structure harnesses the movement of the swirling staircase.
