pain and relief

was in a lot of pain at work todayso str8after i went to the hospitalhobble in centre to get it checked out. just a bad sprain so i was told to rest it up for three days then try to go back to using it no work in the mean time though. also pictured is the aplication form for me to get my money back (in voucher form) for the royal cockup that was the trains yesterday
