A Blaze of Spring Flowers

After we finished up our day, my husband and I met to take a walk through the park in Albany, New York, where Tulip Fest is at its height. Boston's tulips were swell last weekend, but today, in Albany, the bounty of tulips was just extraordinary. I tried to stand still as often as possible, and I just let my eyes fill up with the colors and the shapes of the miraculous blooms. Staring at flowers is one way to connect to the deep mystery of life!
