Guard Dogs

Arguably too cute to be guard dogs, although the one on the right was quite feisty (if you look at it Large). On one of the walks I take the dogs on we have to pass these two on the way down and on the way back. They also have a border collie friend who comes down to the side of the path (also behind chicken wire) and warns us off. Basil tends to ignore them all and Polly just growls under her breath. A couple of shots of B&P here to even things up.

It seems we caught the best part of the day as it is now raining. Apart from walking the dogs, I've also taken Polly to the vet for her annual booster and check-up, and done a small Sainsbury's run. Then it's work this afternoon, followed by the boys' first cricket match of the season this evening...weather permitting.

Update: 5 minutes later and the sun is back out, hurrah!
