Birds and blossom

Sorry this picture doesn't come with sound because the birdsong is glorious. My huge clematis that grows over the old apple tree is past its best now, but the red hawthorn that was planted on a dog's grave years ago is lovely, and there's masses of honeysuckle. The bees are busy on the ceanothus, and the elder is just starting to flower. The weeds are thriving too, but I don't care.
