Race against time
What is it with roadworks at the moment? Every flipping street seems to have them which is NOT good when you have lingered too long over coffee and are doing the race to get home before the kids.
I made it home and out to meet the youngest by the skin of my teeth - watching her skipping along the road without a care in the world is one of those moments I want to take and lock away to remember forever - they grow up far too fast.
A quick trip to the shops for vital shopping (vimto & ice-lollies) and then out in the garden so that Jess could do the same dance over and over and over again with some weird contrived story attached which has no end do a show. I scouted hastily for blip material then settled down to suffer throughwatch the show.
And the rain started. Thank goodness for that!
I dont normally blip flowers but I liked the backlight on this one though it did take away some of the gorgeous purples on this stripey Phlox.
