How do they do that?

I know we take it for granted but the geometry of these aerial walkways and the overlapping glass canopies in shopping centres and other buildings still continue to amaze me.

It must be CAD systems that make this all possible I suppose, unless I hear to the contrary of course.

This walkway connects the named shopping centre to it's car park.
