Listening

Their are so many voices that catch your attention, the sound of your child you can pick out of a crowd, the sound of water as it trickles over rock, the sound or planes overhead, music played in the background... There are sounds all around. It rakes discipline to quiet yourself to hear... The voice if God comes on the stillness, the quiet of our souls! Lord help me to be still, to listen for your voice!
