Stitched up

Ailsa was in the wars at the weekend, got a nasty cut on her face from just below the left eye down to her nose ... it looked terrible on Saturday night ... but some deft needlework by one of our skilled local vets patched her face up nicely and the cut is now healing superbly. Ailsa still has to wear the special lampshade collar for a few more days though so that she doesn't try and rip the stitches out.

P.S. My blip today is dedicated to Molly / Amalarian ... who always said she liked my Jack Russell and Light Sussex chicken blips and paid Ailsa many compliments. This one's for you Molly, may you rest in peace.
