The beauty after the storm.

The picture above shows a cycad pushing out new leaves and forming new branches after the unexpected and long periods of rain/stormy weather we've been experiencing.

Sometimes life gifts us with unexpected problems or 'storms' and we have no choice but to deal with them. We all suffer, we all experience mishaps and disappointments but these should not preoccupy our minds or hearts and make life a burden. These should rather be seen as opportunities.

Opportunities to grow, to become stronger, to learn - like this magnificent plant.
