Fishing in the North Esk

Don't know how much you can see here but it's a blip of a boat and net on the North Esk. The net goes the width of the river pulled along by a guy in a rowing boat on one side and another guy on the other bank. When they have finished it's hauled in by a winch on a tractor. Probably been done much like this on this stretch of the river for years and years.

I had been out for a quick spin on the mountain bike on a blustery but sunny evening. And it's Mum's birthday today so Happy Birthday Mum!
