Where's my hat?

99% of the time I pass this statue of Wellington, which is situated outside the Gallery Of Modern Art in Royal Exchange Square, he has a traffic cone on his head.

Tonight though he was coneless, which was an ideal opportunity to get today's blip. The shot I really want to get is a face on one, but that requires standing in the middle of a road, which was too busy tonight to try. Next time!
