Looking up to see the time

Yet another run in the dark, because of an early start and long day (just finished a wee while before doing this). So it goes; a phrase from Kurt Vonnegut Jr which I have always admired.

As I went past the old Ponsonby Post Office I was attracted by the effects of the lighting. Such a markedly different image from a couple of months ago.

This picture is as it came from the camera on to the computer, except for minor straightening. I particularly like the clock tower.

I offer this as a version of the subject for this week (Up), as the clock is clearly much up from where I was stood.
