Friday Lunch

I buy my lunch on Fridays. It makes a welcome change from my Monday to Thursday lunch which is usually tuna on a roll.

Over the last couple of days, I've been itching for a chicken laksa. Today I scratched that itch.

I thought I'd try somewhere new and went to a little hole-in-the-wall Thai place.

It turned out to be a good decision. This was perhaps the best takeaway laksa I've ever had! I ordered it with extra chilli (as you do), and it was super creamy and just the right amount of bite.

Same again next Friday me thinks...
