Nicknames

The best nicknames always come by chance. Over the years I've been responsible for naming more than my fair share. Maybe that's why I work in advertising.

A mate, surname Roburry was called 'Daylight'.
A colleague, surname Hulance was called 'Flats'.
Another mate who used to carry a lot of extra sterling and then lost it all was called 'Fat/Thin'
My mate Dan's old manager at work was called 'Flock' and 'Chuckles' because of his 80's haircut.

During the day of the Royal Wedding I started calling someone Westminster and it's caught on.
