Something to get your teeth into?!
Well, I was lucky enough to have a day off today after a busy week. After dropping his nibs off at school and Megan having a quick nap we went off to get her weighed by the health visitor.
She is a healthy 14 pounds, 7 ounces so all is good there! It was nice to be part of it as normally it is all down to Emma.
Then, after giving Megan a bit of a feed 'on the go' we ventured to Fareham for a look round the shops, and a wee bite to eat. We had a lovely buffet indian lunch but Megan was fretful and clearly didn't want us to eat at the same time. Luckily, it was a buffet so Emma and I could take holding Megan in turns while the other one stuffed their face! No tea needed tonight?!
Anyway, we suspect that Megan may be teething. She is only 3 months but she constantly has her hand in her gob (!) and seems to be in some discomfort, fussing at her bottles and seeming a bit irritable. So we got her this teething toy which she seems to like!
On another note, we arrived home to find a nice surprise from HM Revenue and Customs. I had clearly paid too much tax last year, so it was nice to get a wee bit back - all helps towards spending money for our holiday!
