much like the other ones i have mentioned lately, here is another gem from the past. 8mm film projector, reels, splices, bulbs, screen, and all. motion picture going back to the early fifties, back when my grandparents were half the age my parents are now. incredible to watch. piqued my interest, i might try and find some 8mm film and test out the ancient camera they have. Super 8 is still around but regular 8mm film stock is almost impossible to come by. Ah well, creative destruction is inevitable.

At least in the motion picture world Super 8 and 16mm have yet to be replaced by their digital counterparts.
