Weekend Treat

Bacon sandwiches - the reason I could never be a vegetarian.

I love smoked bacon, my husbands has to be unsmoked. He has to have his cooked in the pan first or else it gets 'infected' with the smokiness. Then daubs it in tomato ketchup. In spite of all this faffing around, it was worth it - sitting out in the garden with a cup of coffee (husband only drinks tea!).

Confession time Jibba: You remember the bbq the other night when I saved the day by finding the Heinz tomato ketchup? Well it was actually the cheapo stuff squeezed into the Heinz bottle. You've had it again today & not noticed. (I have a witness too) Gotcha x
