I really love this view and have been meaning to stop the car and photograph it from this angle for ages. So, that's ticked off the list...

Went to a plant sale this morning and spent a few pennies on nice things before going on to lunch with my in laws. Now I'm home again and want to plant the new things but it's raining. Common sense is telling me to catch up on the housework that has been neglected for *whispers* about a month now and do the garden when it stops raining. However.......

Maybe I'll make a cake instead.
