Good weather for ducks

We're over on Arran this weekend - the first time either of us has been here, even though we've been a stone's throw away in Glasgow for many years. We dodged a few rain showers to walk along to Brodick Castle yesterday afternoon, and crossed a river with lots of ducks who were surfing the currents. Today the weather was better so we got the mountain bikes, and after some palaver getting Neil's inner tube inflated (matron), headed off out for a couple of hours, including lunch in Lamlash. It's a tough life!
