Riding

Adam and I went out to Mcleans Island MTB Park this morning, his first official off road biking.

It's a 10.5KM track thru a pine forest - mostly flat with a number of cool banked corners and small hills. He did fantastically and to my surprise after an hours riding was still keen to go on ... but not for a lot further.

Thanks everyone for the comments yesterday on Hannahs swing. Yes, the fush and chups were good and yes, she did clock me in the head. It's sore today, but it was worth it ;-)
