39 years old...

and still going strong. My mum and dad bought me this sewing maching for my 21st birthday, it will be 40 years old next month. At the time I thought what a crappy 21st present, most people have a party, not me!! However, although I have never been any good at dressmaking the machine has seen sterling service making curtains, cushions and doing alterations, so in the long run it has been a good present.
