The Tower

Another super day for clouds providing you could dodge the showers, which at times were very heavy.

I had seen this relic from the main road a few days ago and had taken a trip up to scope it out. It looked like it was worth shooting but at that particular time the light wasn't quite right.

So having been through to Edinburgh today then onto Ratho it was on the way home that I noticed that the light and clouds made for what was hopefully a good shot.

I was pleased with the outcome and got a few ideas about shooting it at different times as well.

When I had looked at this on the OS Map it simply said remnants of a tower and thats exactly what it is.
