Marshalls

Part of our duties in running our road race is acting as marshalls. This is us after our briefing ready to head out to our positions to make sure the runners stick to the right route, stay on the pavement and of course to do lots and lots of cheering and willing them on.

Also you cant beat a fluro vest! Its amazing how people listen to you the minute you put one on. Its the same as how anyone with clipboard suddenly looks like they know what they are doing:)
