British Orienteering Championships

We have been north of Sheffield today for the Individual Event for the British Orienteering Championships. It was a tough area physically but great to get out and catch up with pals. Tony made an error which cost him a top ten placing. I finished in 19th place, just a minute down on a rival, but ahead of some others, so a mixed day for us.

This competitor was working hard on the finish run-in.

We've passed a lovely evening catching up with more pals at Helen's 60th Birthday Party but tomorrow it's an early off for Relay Day, so time for bed! The only blot on the day is Error 99! So the camera is in bits in the hope that it functions tomorrow!
