Invasion exhibition @ the V&A

Interesting one from the student's at Camberwell Art College, this particular exhibition investigating the nature of archives (as was the theme of the night).

There was a large table with lot's of these wooden pieces laying face down resembling the floor mosaic/layout of the museum itself. We were asked to pick a piece, then leave our trace in the form of a fingerprint.

So over the course of the evening, each visitor will coarsely declare his or her presence, leaving a part of themselves behind; thus creating an archive.

Lovely evening, glad I could take a piece of it away.
