Link with the past

This is regal pelargonium 'Grand Slam' and it is special for me because my aunt A gave a plant of it to my Mum nearly 30 years ago. Aunt A was my Mum's sister and they were very close. Mum gave me a cutting of it and I have taken cuttings each year to preserve that special link with the past. My Mum sadly died in 1985 - much too soon.
