The Angel of the North

I'd like to think I was the angel of the North, but I don't think I'm as statuesque as this lady, or as beautiful in the sunset.

Had a lovely saturday in Morpeth with the MacDonald family, celebrating a very happy 90th birthday for Granny Mac! It was a beautiful day, lovely weather, good company and good food.
I'd like to say I was feeling completely better, but that would be a lie.

On our way back from Morpeth we decided to stop and take some pictures of the Angel at sunset. Cheered me up she did.
