Award

This is the Medal (plastic) and part of the certificate I recieved today after doing a 22 mile bike ride for charity. It was quite a hilly course but I managed it. I think I pushed myself too hard on the last big climb as I am a bit sore now. I didn't fully cycle it as about 800 yards from the finish i punctured on my front wheel.
