The solution?

Zero inspiration today, and I can't really move very far either. I can't even get my camera and go look for a blip around the house.

The sore back from yesterday continues and I am pretty much couch bound. Thankfully there is a decent amount of sport on the box to keep me entertained. Not what I had planned for the weekend though.

Anyway the shot is pretty basic and is the hot water bottle I have just stuck down the back of my trousers, again.

Painkillers and ibuprofen are having a limited effect but I am hopeful that it won't last more than a couple of days.

It does give me some quiet time to catch up on your blips for yesterday and hopefully today. Hope you are having a better weekend than I am.
