Wooden ladder

We went for a walk near Gare Hill, a small hamlet near Frome that's surrounded by woods. There were some lovely rhododendrons growing wild (there's one in my blipfolio) and we saw a couple of these. I'm not sure what they're for - lookout points perhaps?
Edit: I think oldenglishe, Saffi and Mollyblobs are right - there were a few posts with numbers and adverts for something to do with game birds, what looked like deer tracks (they weren't very clear) and Elder Son spotted a used cartridge.

Another busy week ahead so I may not be commenting much ...
