'At the Seaside'

I have been laid-low for a few days with gastric flu. Mrs Muir had it last weekend. Feeling a bit better today so had a drive to the seaside at Rosemarkie on the Black Isle. It was dry and pretty cold but managed a short walk along the sands. My mother was a great believer in the fresh sea air to cure all ailments.
